Recent changes to the Minecraft Marketplace have introduced some unreliability in us receiving the correct purchased items. If you've recently bought something from our server store, but  didn't receive the items, try the following:

  • Rejoin the server (go back to menu, and rejoin The Hive)
  • Type the command /fixpurchase in chat
  • Redeem the Free offer that opens

If  the above fails, try to quit the game, and retry the above. There is no limit on the amount of times you can try to use the command.

If  the problem persists, re-open the item you bought and make sure it's marked as purchased. If it is NOT marked as purchased but Minecoins were taken from your account, please contact Minecraft Support.

If  the item IS marked as purchased, Minecoins were taken, and the above doesn't work, please reach out to our support team at support@playhive.com, or by using the Live Chat on this page.
