You can sign up directly in-game by running the /newsletter command and following the on-screen instructions.

Receiving Your Reward

To receive your reward, you must confirm your signup. Do this by clicking on the confirmation link in the email you received. If you can't find the email, make sure to check your junk/spam. It can take a few minutes to receive the confirmation email.

After confirming your email, you'll receive a follow-up email that contains the /redeem code.


I signed up, but didn't receive the confirmation email. What do I do?

Make sure you typed in your email correctly. You can try to sign up again using the web form. Avoid using school and work email addresses - many of them block all external emails, and additionally, many block emails with gaming content. Using an established email provider such as GMail should alleviate most issues.

I previously signed up, but stopped receiving newsletters?

If you manually unsubscribed, you can resubscribe using the web form to receive future emails.

In the following situations, you may have been automatically unsubscribed or blocklisted:

  • your email "bounced": this may be because your mailbox was full, your email provider rejected our email, your email provider rejected our domain, or your email is known to bounce often to our provider.
  • you marked any of our emails as spam in the past

If you signed up near the launch of our newsletter, you may have to resubscribe to continue receiving newsletters.

Can I receive previous emails?

No, to keep it fair to active subscribers, we don't offer the option to receive old emails and rewards.

How do I receive newsletter-specific rewards?

Since the Arcade announcement email, our newsletters contain unique redeem codes near the bottom. These are in the form of a /redeem code, which you must enter on our server to receive your reward. These are one-time use codes that aren't tied to any specific account.
