🐝 What is The Buzz?
The Buzz is The Hive's bi-monthly newsletter. Each issue covers all of the latest Hive news and highlights awesome community creations.
By subscribing to The Buzz, you'll receive it as an email every two months. Email subscribers get to read The Buzz before anyone else!
You'll receive a code for the Mail Bee costume when you sign up, as well as a free hub title in each issue.

✉️ How do I subscribe?
Subscribing is free, and you can do so in-game by typing /newsletter in chat and following the on-screen instructions.
If you had issues subscribing, you can try to subscribe again using the same command. You will be able to do so after 7 days from when you originally subscribed.
🎁 How do I get the subscription reward?
To receive your reward, you must confirm your subscription.
You do this by clicking on the confirmation link in the email you received. If you can't find the email, make sure to check any junk/spam folders. It can also take a few minutes to receive the confirmation email.
After confirming your email, you'll receive a follow-up email that contains a code that can be redeemed using the /redeem command.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
I signed up but didn't receive the confirmation email. What do I do?
It might be that you typed your email address incorrectly, or you used one that wasn't allowed.
You can resubscribe using the /newsletter command, after 7 days from when you originally subscribed.
When resubscribing, make sure to avoid using school or work email addresses - many of them block all external emails, and additionally, many block emails with gaming content. Using an established email provider such as Gmail or Outlook should alleviate most issues.
I previously signed up but stopped receiving newsletters.
In the following situations, you may have been automatically unsubscribed or blocklisted:
- Your email "bounced": this may be because your mailbox was full, your email provider rejected our email, your email provider rejected our domain, or your email is known to bounce often to our provider.
- You marked any of our emails as spam in the past.
To continue receiving newsletters, you will need to resubscribe. You can do so using the /newsletter command. If you resubscribe and still aren't receiving emails, try using a different email address.
Can I receive issues that were released before I subscribed?
It is not possible to receive previous issues of our newsletter or the hub titles that were included with them.
How do I redeem the hub title that comes with each issue?
Each issue of The Buzz contains a unique code near the bottom. These are one-time use codes and aren't tied to any specific account.
To redeem your reward, simply type /redeem [code] in chat. For example: if your code was 'ABCD' you would type /redeem ABCD.
