We receive very little legitimate traffic from players who use these services; meanwhile, they are often used by players who intend to break the rules. As such, blocking these services results in a better experience for regular players.

  • Fill in the form, and make sure to include all of the requested information

If your kick message mentions VPN/proxy services, but you are not using one, please contact our support team.

  • Fill in the form, and make sure to include all of the information below

You'll need to include your username and the IP address from which you're trying to access The Hive in your email, as we can't view this information for privacy reasons. We will remove this data after your support request has been handled.

You can find out your IP address by Googling "what is my IP" or going to this website - we'll need your "IPV4 Address".

You will not be banned for using a VPN, but the blocklists are constantly being updated, and it's likely that you will be blocked from joining in the future. There is no need to contact support regarding this matter.
