☀️ What is Vibrant Visuals?

Vibrant Visuals is a graphics mode that aims to improve the visual look of Minecraft by adding directional lighting, physically based textures, pixel-aligned shadows, atmospheric sky, environmental effects, and various other visual features.

🐝 How do I enable Vibrant Visuals on The Hive?

Vibrant Visuals is disabled by default, and you must enable it in your settings. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Enable Vibrant Visuals in your Minecraft settings (Settings > Video > Graphics Mode)
  2. Join The Hive (only North America is supported at this time)
  3. Type /settings in chat
  4. In the menu that appears, navigate to ‘Experimental’ settings
  5. Enable the Vibrant Visuals toggle, and press ‘Submit’
  6. Rejoin The Hive

Vibrant Visuals will only work if you have a supported device and have Vibrant Visuals enabled in your Minecraft settings.

Enabling this setting may result in degraded performance/lower framerates.

At this time, Vibrant Visuals is only enabled on the North America region. Support will be added to EU and Asia in the near future.
