If you've recently bought something from The Hive Store, but haven't received the items, try the following:

  • Rejoin the server (go back to menu, and rejoin The Hive)
  • Type the command /fixpurchase in chat
  • Redeem the free offer that opens

If you've tried the steps and still don't have your items, try quitting the game and retrying the steps. There is no limit on the number of times you can try to use the /fixpurchase command.

If the problem persists, reopen the store page for the item you bought and ensure it's marked as purchased. If it is NOT marked as purchased but Minecoins were taken from your account, please contact Minecraft Support.
